Hipperholme Grammar Junior School also offers the following services:
Wrap around care
Ready Steady Go is our Before and After school club and runs from 7.30am to 8.55am each morning, and from home time at 3.30pm to 6.00pm. The children enjoy a light snack and a drink during each session.
The children have the opportunity to do homework or read their books to club staff. There are several tables set out with activities such as creative crafts, play dough, games etc. If the weather is fine the children play out as much as possible enjoying a variety of games including rounders, tennis and football.

3.30pm - 6.00pm
A timetable of activities is provided for the children, including, arts and crafts, outdoor play, games, Television, Spanish and Drama.
Breakfast Club
Children who arrive between 7.30am and 8.00am are able to share breakfast. They have a wide choice of fresh food and drink from our breakfast trolley.
Holiday Club
During the holidays, School is open from 8.00am to 6pm. Children eat breakfast together, they are given a light snack and drink at mid-morning and then eat their packed lunch brought from home at lunchtime.
They are given a light meal and drink in the early evening (around 5pm). Holiday club offers a range of activities and visits off site, details of which are given on request.

Details of the arranged activities and how to book are circulated at the start of the school year and prior to each holiday.
The holiday club operates every holiday and Inset days except for Bank Holidays.
